No, Memtime is only available as a desktop app for Windows, macOS, and Linux. After you install it on your computer, it will record all activities on that computer and keep this data offline. We built it so nobody else can see what you’re doing and your clients’ privacy is always protected.
In order to use Memtime together with Lawcus or any other software for time and expense tracking, you need the Connect subscription that costs $18/mo per user with a 24-month contract. You’ll get access to 100+ software integrations out of the box.
While Memtime is a desktop app that captures computer activity, it can also detect your periods of inactivity aka “offline times”. You can set a minimum duration for your times of inactivity to help Memtime document your days accurately. When you see an “offline time” in your timeline, you can match it to a calendar event, rename it, make it into a time entry, or delete it.
Yes, if your law practice uses a VoIP provider you can connect it to Memtime and automatically track time in phone calls. Then you’ll see a separate column next to your automatically captured activities and calendar events displaying your time in client calls.
