Flat rate pricing is the way to go if you partner with clients per project. With this type of arrangement, clients pay you upfront or after you complete a project, as they know exactly how much you’ll charge them.

Whether you charge hourly or flat rates, you need to base your rates on accurate data—time tracking data, to be exact.

A note on virtual assistant monitoring
