What’s New in Memtime: Week View and Memory Aid Report
In this article, you’ll learn about two new features we added in the latest release 4.5.0 – Week View and Memory Aid Report.
Week View
Introducing Week View – a simpler way to view your captured activities and time entries for the entire week at a glance.
Previously, analyzing your week required toggling between individual days in List or Timeline views. Now, both views seamlessly support Week View for a clear overview of your week.
List view
The List view displays captured activities that are left unassigned to your imported projects or Memtime Projects. Viewing them in a weekly grid helps you identify recurring patterns and make quicker decisions – whether about converting them into time entries or deleting them from your Memory Aid.
Timeline view
The Timeline view displays your time entries for the week that are being synced or not yet synced into your connected project software. You can easily adjust time entry durations and move them on a grid, while also reviewing which clients or projects you focused on more or less throughout the week. This helps you plan for the upcoming week and make more informed decisions about your priorities.
You can easily switch between weeks to view your past time entries by clicking the date panel in the top-right corner.
Once you're confident in your allocated project times for a specific day, you can Mark Day as Complete in the ‘+’ menu above. Alternatively, you can Mark Week as Complete by clicking the icon beneath the date panel. Completing either of these steps help you avoid the hassle of reviewing and adjusting time entries at the end of the week.
Memory Aid Report
Our newest Memory Aid report presents your captured activities in a table-like view, making them easy to read and analyze for reporting purposes.
Just like your Memory Aid, it contains every detail – like activity duration, URL, host — in a Zoom level you want.
You can generate a report in the Day View for that day only; in the Week View for a specific day in that week or for the whole week; and in the Reporting tab for any custom date range. The report can be downloaded as a PDF, CSV file, or Excel.
