COO, House of Řezác
Zuzana: House of Řezáč is a small consultancy agency that helps people with their online business: marketing strategy, websites, communication with customers. We help our clients to better understand their customers and their customers’ needs. I hold the position of COO, so my main job is to be responsible for the daily operation of our company and ensure its smooth functioning.
Zuzana: Knowing the exact time used for individual tasks enables the potential for better efficiency and less wasted time. As we all know, time is money.
Zuzana: Because I really like my job, I often get so engrossed in it that I totally forget the time and forget to start and stop my time tracker. I also go through many different activities during the day so it is hard to know exactly what I did and what time I spent on each activity.

Zuzana: It is much easier to track the time when I have a list of my offline activities from my calendar combined with a list of my online activities from Memtime. What is more, I can connect it with my to-do list from Click Up. So, at the end of the day, I have a nice overview of my activities.
