Owner, Spacial Services
Sergej: I am a spacial experience designer. That means I create spaces for brands. It can be very different spaces: stores, customer centers, exhibitions, roadshows, trade show booths, fitness centers, offices, etc. The key is always access via the concrete user experience within the space.
Sergej: As a self-employed person, I work when and where I want. My working hours on the various projects are therefore very fragmented. To have these times exactly under control means a lot of administration and interferes with the flow. But if I don't have exact times, I can't invoice. I love my job, but I also want to get paid for it.
Sergej: I like to obsess over details a lot. However, I often miss the details regarding the time I spend. Counting minutes all the time is just not my thing. And yet, at the end of the month, you want to be able to invoice the time spent.
Sometimes I don't track times until weeks later. With Memtime, that's no problem at all.
Sergej: Memtime allows me to NEVER think about time tracking when I don't want to. Sometimes I record my hours weeks later. With Memtime this is not a problem at all. I can see exactly to the minute how much time I spent on what. The best thing about it: With one click, these hours are then exported to my agency software MOCO and I can get straight to billing. It really couldn't be simpler.
Sergej: The learning curve is flat, and it remains so. The installation was smooth and the recording is reliable. Whenever I had a problem or a question about the software, the people at Memtime were always able to help very quickly. Great service.
The cost amortizes itself when you consider that you no longer spend fifteen minutes every day on time tracking.
Sergej: Try it! Absolutely no question. The cost amortizes itself when you consider that you no longer spend fifteen minutes every day on time tracking.
